I specialize in representing clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences, townhouses and condominiums within the cities of Walnut Creek, Alamo, Danville, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Pleasant Hill, Concord, Clayton and Martinez. I am current on real estate trends and values in these areas, and would be happy to supply information regarding schools, parks and recreation facilities and cultural information for the local areas. I'm just a phone call or e-mail away.

Personal

I have lived and worked in Walnut Creak since 1965, a San Francisco native having grown up in Alameda. I have a Real Estate Brokers License and have been a full time residential specialist with Coldwell Banker (formerly Valley Realty) since 1980, achieving the status of Top Producer in my office 14 of the last 23 years. I also am pleased to have achieved the International President's Elite Designation, an honor bestowed on the top 3% of Coldwell Banker agents nationwide.

In addition, my prior real estate experience of ten years with a local homebuilder has been a great asset in my career.

I have successfully closed more than $200,000,000 in residential sales, over six hundred homes.
